How Can We Help?

Before reaching out, check out our most common solutions below. Since we use specialized printing partners, some issues can be resolved instantly through automated tools.

1. Tracking & Shipping Delays

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If your package seems stuck or you haven't received an update:

  • Self-Service Tracking: You may receive a link to the tracking portal at customer@trackorder.site in your confirmation email.

  • Estimated Times: Remember that our gear is custom-printed, which takes 2–5 business days before it even hits the mail.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Did your Dad shirt arrive with a printing error or a snag? We want to make it right!

  • Report an Issue: We use a service called Printify Connect, which allows you to report issues directly to our printing team for a faster replacement.

  • Required Info: Please have a clear photo of the damage and your order number ready.

  • Fast Resolution: This self-service portal is the quickest way to get a replacement shipped out at no cost to you.

3. Order Changes or Cancellations

Because our "Daddy/daughter" gear moves into production almost immediately, we have a very small window for changes.

  • 2-Hour Window: Please email us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to change a size or address.

  • After Production: Once an item is sent to the printer, we unfortunately cannot cancel or change the design.

Note to Customers: Please do not send items back to the return address on your package! That is a printing warehouse, and your return will not be processed there. Always contact us first for a "Return Authorization."
