This website is operated by support@hartnsoulimprinz.store Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hart N Soul Imprintz LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Custom Print on Demand Products

Our products are unique, custom-manufactured items created specifically for you at the time of purchase.

Production Time: Orders typically require 2–5 business days for printing and quality checks before they are shipped.
Visual Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
Sizing: Customers are responsible for reviewing the size charts provided on product pages. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrectly ordered sizes.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
If an order is returned to our printing partner due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Fulfillment: Shipping is handled by third-party carriers.
Tracking: Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
Risk of Loss: We are not responsible for items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are lost or stolen from the delivery site.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our refund policy is governed by the custom nature of our products.

Defects: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Reporting: Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date with photo evidence.
No Buyer's Remorse: We do not accept returns for "change of heart" or accidental orders.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, including our "Bossed by a Lil Princess" and "Grass Burner Grandpa" graphics, are the intellectual property of Hart N Soul Imprintz LLC. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Service or designs without express written permission.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
