At Hart N Soul Imprintz LLC, we celebrate the unique bonds between fathers, grandfathers, and their "Lil Princesses." Because our products are as unique as your family, we don't keep a warehouse of pre-made items. Every single shirt and accessory is printed specifically for you the moment you place your order.
1. Production & Processing Time (The "Making" Phase)
Before your order hits the road, it has to be created!

Standard Processing: Most apparel and accessories are printed and quality-checked within 2–5 business days.

Peak Seasons: During busy times (such as Father’s Day or Christmas), production may take up to 7 business days.

Order Changes: Because our automated printing process begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only guarantee address changes or cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.
2. Shipping Estimates
Once your custom gear is ready, it is handed off to our trusted carriers. Shipping times are in addition to the production times mentioned above.

Pro Tip: For birthdays or special events, we recommend ordering at least 2.5 weeks in advance to account for both production and delivery.
3. Tracking Your Delivery

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package leaves the printing facility.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update once you receive the email.
4. Separate Shipments
To get your items to you as fast as possible, we sometimes ship from different specialized printing hubs.

If you ordered a mix of items (e.g., a "Spoiling Grandma" hoodie and a "Lil Princess" mug), they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, but you’ll never be charged extra for shipping.
5. International Shipping (Customs & Duties)
We love our global girl-dads and grandpas! However, please note:

Orders shipped outside of the USA may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient; we have no control over these government-mandated fees.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

Damaged Gear: If your item arrives with a printing defect, we'll fix it. Please email us a clear photo within 14 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Incorrect Address: We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your "Ship To" info at checkout!

Marked as Delivered: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you don't see your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
