Refund policy

This Returns & Refunds policy is designed specifically to protect your margins as a Print on Demand business. Because your "Daddy/daughter" items are custom-made the moment an order is placed, a standard "30-day return for any reason" policy would result in you losing money on inventory you can't resell.


Returns & Refunds Policy

At Hart N Soul Imprintz LLC, every item is custom-printed just for you at the time of your order. Because we do not hold inventory or "off-the-shelf" stock, our return policy is different from a traditional retail store.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a printing defect, a hole, or is the wrong item entirely, we will make it right at no cost to you.

  • Report Timeframe: You must report the issue within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Evidence Required: You must provide a clear photo of the damage or the incorrect item received.

  • How to Report: You can use the Printify Connect link in your shipping email to report the issue directly to our production team for the fastest replacement. Alternatively, you can email us at support@hartnsoulimprinz.store with your order number.

2. "Buyer’s Remorse" & Size Exchanges

Because each product is uniquely manufactured for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following:

  • Change of Heart: We cannot accept returns if you simply no longer want the item.

  • Incorrect Size/Color: Please double-check our size charts (found on each product page) before ordering, as we cannot offer exchanges if the wrong size or color was selected.

3. Lost in Transit

If your tracking information has not updated for 10 business days (Domestic/US) or 20 business days (International), please contact us.

  • We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement to you immediately.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are missing from your porch or mailbox.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

  • If a package is returned to our printing facility due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend it to the correct location.

  • If the package is not returned to us (delivered to the wrong address provided), we cannot offer a refund or a free replacement.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved (in rare cases where a replacement is not possible):

  • The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement once processed.
